With an MBA and 17 years as an academic, Abdurahman blends his practical expertise with a passion for the science of leadership.
Abdurahman's journey began after a successful career in various senior roles. Recognising the need for an authentic and trustworthy leadership development company, he set out to build Afia Partners. Unlike those driven solely by closing deals, Abdurahman's commitment lies in helping individuals change their habits and behaviours to become the best leaders they can be.
Throughout his career, Abdurahman has worked with some of the largest organisations in the MENA region, consulting and coaching prominent CEOs. His reputation as a highly experienced, knowledgeable, and trusted leader precedes him. With Afia Partners, Abdurahman's vision is realised, providing exceptional leadership development that goes beyond surface-level promises.

Director Of Operations
Abdullah Afia, MBA, holds the position of Director of Operations within the team. His responsibility is to ensure the seamless coordination of operations, including training events. With a wealth of experience and astute management, he plays a pivotal role in ensuring the success of endeavours.
His role extends beyond supervision; he actively participates in training events, contributing his expertise to their success - Abdullah's operational acumen is instrumental in their smooth execution.
His commitment to excellence and operational efficiency is a cornerstone of the team's success.
AJ Afia
Director of Quality
AJ Afia serves as the Director of Quality within the team. His responsibility is to maintain the highest standards in all training events and activities. He ensures that what is created on paper is meticulously actualized in person.
In addition to his brand stewardship, AJ plays a multifaceted role in supporting the delivery of events. His contributions can take on various forms, from behind-the-scenes guidance to a visible presence on the front lines.
Aisha Afia
Executive Coordinator
Aisha Afia holds the position of Executive Coordinator within the team. Her primary function is to ensure the seamless coordination of events and related matters. With meticulous attention to detail and a penchant for organisational excellence, she plays a pivotal role in ensuring the success of endeavours.
Her versatility extends beyond administrative responsibilities; she actively participates in workshops, injecting energy and valuable experience into events. Her collaborative spirit and dedication to the team make her an indispensable asset.
Anas Afia
Creative Director
Anas Afia serves as the Creative Director within the team and is a crucial support figure for the CEO. His responsibility extends beyond overseeing all aspects of the brand; Anas plays an integral role in supporting the CEO and Facilitator during events, ensuring their seamless execution.
Anas also takes on the responsibility of overseeing the audio and visuals of the events, ensuring they align with the team's creative direction. His meticulous attention to detail and creative guidance contribute significantly to the immersive and impactful experiences provided by the team
