The Afia Partners’ Leadership Accelerator Programme (L.A.P) is tailor made to help organisations consistently achieve their annual targets by optimising middle management performance through a bespoke leadership development programme.

Programme Overview

The leadership development journey typically spans a six month period and comprises of engaging, full-day workshops that are held monthly. These sessions are designed to be both stimulating and interactive, incorporating immersive activities such as role-playing and personalised self-discovery exercises.

Facilitated in groups of up to 20 participants drawn from diverse departments, each workshop delves deeply into two core leadership topics. This structured approach ensures comprehensive skill acquisition and immediate applicability in participants’ day-to-day roles.
